Getting help
We want people to be able to find event information and contact us without unnecessary barriers. If something is difficult to use, email hello@togetherevents.uk or call 0333 444 1561. Tell us the page, what went wrong and your preferred way to receive help.
You do not need to send a diagnosis or medical history to report a website barrier. We can discuss an alternative format or contact route with you.
Website features
The website includes a skip link, labelled form controls, visible keyboard focus, responsive layouts and reduced-motion handling. Browser zoom and the accessibility settings can help you adjust its display.
Use Accessibility settings to change text size, choose a dyslexia-friendly font, adjust spacing and contrast, highlight links, or use reading and focus aids. Reset all clears saved preferences. Keyboard users can open the panel with Alt+A outside a form field and close it with Escape.
Checks and limitations
During development on 8 September 2026, checks covered the toolbar’s keyboard controls, focus, saved preferences, reset and fit at a 390-pixel viewport. Website development checks also covered selected page layouts, navigation and contact-form behaviour.
These checks do not amount to a complete independent WCAG 2.2 audit or a full-conformance claim. Screen-reader use across every page and all external journeys has not been fully assessed. The toolbar supports display preferences but does not replace accessible page design.
Google Translate is an optional external service. Its translations are automated and may be inaccurate; contact us if you need help understanding event information.
Events and materials
Contact us about venue access, communication support or an alternative format for event information. Practical arrangements depend on the meeting and venue and should be confirmed with the team.
